Kominictví Lukáš — a family chimney-sweeping business in the Zlín region.
The brief
The company was run from Excel, paper job sheets and Word documents. They needed a single tool covering the full job lifecycle: enquiry → on-site measurement → quote → construction → invoice. Plus statutory chimney inspection reports (official PDF), reminders for the next yearly inspection, asset deadlines (MOT, insurance), material purchases, and two roles: owner in the office and technician in the field.

- Job pipeline with filters, scheduling and field notes / photos
- Customer records with ARES company lookup
- PDF quotes and invoices with logo, QR payment and stamp / signature
- Inspection reports with auto numbering and next-inspection date
- Asset deadline tracker and material purchase log
- Dashboard with upcoming inspections, receivables and open jobs
- Owner vs technician permissions, usable on a phone on site
- Light and dark mode — depending on where and when it's used
Result
The owner and technicians both save a lot of time in the office. Quotes and invoices take a few clicks, paperwork and retyping go away. Inspection dates no longer get missed. Field and office work from the same live data.
