Privacy Policy
How we handle your personal data when you contact us.
Last updated: August 2026
This policy describes what personal data we collect, why, and how we handle it when you contact us through this website or by email. We value your privacy and process data in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and related legislation.
Who is the data controller
The data controller is Bc. Stanislav Greschner, a self-employed sole trader operating this website under the trading name AppSynth. AppSynth is not currently a separately registered legal entity. Contact: stanislavgreschner@gmail.com, phone +420 605 050 783.
What data we collect
When you contact us via the form or by email, we process the data you provide yourself: your name, email address, phone number (if provided) and the content of your message. The website currently does not use any analytics or marketing cookies and does not track your behaviour on the site.
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data solely to respond to your inquiry and for any follow-up business communication about the requested service. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry, or performance of a future contract where applicable.
How long we keep your data
We keep communication data only for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and any follow-up collaboration, up to a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, unless a longer retention period is required by law (e.g. a signed contract).
Who we share data with
We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. It may be processed by technical service providers who help us operate the website and communication (e.g. an email service provider), only to the extent necessary to provide that service.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict the processing of, and port your personal data, as well as the right to object to processing. You can exercise your rights by emailing stanislavgreschner@gmail.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse.
Cookies
The site uses only one technical cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) that remembers your preferred language after you pick it. We don't use analytics, statistics or marketing cookies, and we don't track your behavior on the site. If that changes in the future, we'll update this page and the consent banner accordingly.
